Ltd. has added another feather to its cap after being awarded the prestigious Progressive Wage Mark (PWM) accreditation for its commitment to uplifting lower-wage workers through the implementation of progressive wages. The accreditation is valid from June 9, 2023, to June 7, 2024, and was issued in partnership with the Singapore Business Federation (SBF).
The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) awarded the accreditation to Total eBiz Solutions on June 9, 2023. The Progressive Wage Mark serves as a recognition and endorsement of organizations that adopt fair and sustainable wage practices, particularly for employees in lower-wage brackets. By paying progressive wages, Total eBiz Solutions demonstrates its dedication to promoting equitable remuneration and improving the lives of its workers.

The PWM is a key initiative of the Singapore government to uplift the wages and well-being of lower-wage workers. The scheme is processed by the SBF on behalf of the Tripartite Partners, comprising the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF). To be eligible for the PWM, firms must pay their eligible employees progressive wages, which are reviewed and adjusted annually. Eligible employees are those who are covered by the PWM, which includes the cleaning, security, landscaping, lift and escalator, retail, food services, and occupational sectors.
