TeBS, Chennai, we established offshore center in India to provide cost effective service to our clients. In February 2006, we acquired KaNini Consultants Pvt Ltd's web division to enrich our portfolio on internet based solution development. KaNini has been in business in India for 9 years with primary focus in web site design and development.
