Singapore, 26th July, 2023 – In a bid to bolster the efficiency and automation capabilities of government agencies in Singapore, TeBS, in collaboration with Microsoft, hosted a full-day workshop titled “Bot in a Day.” The event took place at the TeBS Singapore office and aimed to provide attendees with hands-on training on the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities of Microsoft Power Automate.

The workshop witnessed the participation of several government agencies within Singapore, eager to harness the potential of RPA to streamline their operations and enhance productivity.

The day-long workshop commenced with an insightful session called “Automate Next,” where participants were enlightened about the profound impact of RPA on various industries and its potential for revolutionizing traditional processes. The experts from TeBS showcased real-world examples of successful RPA implementations and how it had helped organizations improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

The attendees were then introduced to the power of the Microsoft Power Platform, which included Power Automate as a prominent component. This platform allows businesses to build automated workflows with a Low Code approach, enabling them to automate repetitive tasks and processes with minimal manual intervention.

The main highlight of the workshop was the hands-on training on “Power Automate Desktop.” Participants were guided step-by-step on how to build their own bots using this intuitive Low Code platform. With real-time assistance from skilled instructors, the attendees learned how to automate processes, from simple to complex, and witnessed firsthand the potential of RPA in optimizing their day-to-day tasks.

Leading the workshop were Shruti Bidarkar, our experienced Automation Consultant, and Rajkumar Srikumar, one of our proficient Power Platform Tech Lead, both of whom guided the attendees through the process of building bots and harnessing the full potential of Power Automate.

The event was a resounding success, leaving the participants equipped with new skills and ready to embrace the power of automation to streamline processes and enhance productivity within their respective agencies.
