This full-day, hands-on training session offered an immersive experience in building intelligent automation using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate Desktop, empowering attendees to reimagine their business processes with ease and efficiency.
The workshop, designed for both business users and IT professionals, guided participants through creating real-world automation scenarios—particularly focused on processing incoming invoices—by leveraging both Digital Process Automation (DPA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) capabilities. Through a structured series of lab exercises, attendees learned how to use Desktop flows, integrate form processing models with AI Builder, and orchestrate these flows using Cloud automation tools.
