Total eBiz Solutions Hosts Digital Manufacturing with AI Event at Microsoft Singapore

Total eBiz Solutions successfully hosted an engaging in person session, “Digital Manufacturing with AI: Industry Trends and Practical Pathways,” at the Microsoft Office, bringing together professionals from the semiconductor and manufacturing sectors to explore how AI is shaping the future of modern manufacturing.

The afternoon began with registrations and networking, allowing attendees to connect and exchange perspectives on the evolving manufacturing landscape. The session opened with welcome remarks that set the stage for insightful discussions on how AI, automation and digital technologies are driving transformation across the semiconductor industry.

One of the first sessions was led by Amy Ang, Director of Business Development and Partnerships at SSIA, who presented a landscape report on the semiconductor industry. She shared key insights into current market trends, operational pressures and emerging opportunities across the sector, highlighting how manufacturers can respond to growing demand, supply chain challenges and rapid technological change.

Following this, Erry Handani, AI Business Process Partner Solution Architect at Microsoft, introduced attendees to Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio. His session provided a walkthrough of the platform capabilities and architecture, explaining how organizations can use these tools to build and scale AI driven solutions across manufacturing operations.

The discussion then moved to the role of AI in semiconductor operations. Colin Koh, Principal Consultant at LKH Precision Pte Ltd, shared industry perspectives on how AI is redefining semiconductor processes, from yield optimization to operational intelligence. His session highlighted how data driven insights can improve operational efficiency and decision making across the manufacturing lifecycle.

Building on these insights, Shruti Bidarkar, Automation Evangelist at Total eBiz Solutions, presented practical approaches to AI implementation in manufacturing environments. She discussed real world AI use cases, readiness considerations and strategies organizations can adopt to successfully implement AI initiatives and drive measurable business outcomes.

Another important highlight of the session was an overview of the Enterprise Compute Initiative (ECI), a government supported program that helps organizations accelerate AI adoption and digital transformation. Attendees learned how ECI support can help manufacturers strengthen their AI capabilities and scale digital initiatives more effectively.

The session concluded with networking and discussions among participants, giving attendees the opportunity to exchange ideas, share perspectives and build meaningful industry connections.

By the end of the event, participants gained valuable insights into practical pathways for adopting AI in manufacturing, from understanding industry challenges to implementing scalable AI solutions. Total eBiz Solutions is proud to bring together industry leaders and technology experts to help organizations advance their digital transformation journey and unlock the value of AI in manufacturing.
