June 1st 2017, Singapore: TeBS launched its revamped SaaS based solution- CareSenz for Non-Profit Organization (NPO) management, at the Tech4Good event organized by Microsoft, with the main focus being on bringing digital transformation to NPOs. This event was a follow-up of the Tech4Good conference and trainings that Microsoft and TechSoup organized over the past few months to help social service organizations in Singapore to transform digitally using Microsoft Philanthropies’ Dynamics 365 donations for charities. Over 90 NPOs from Singapore were present at this event.
CareSenz is an innovative digital SaaS solution built on Office 365, Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure Cognitive platform. It is an easy-to-use, scalable, seamless and integrated solution which is available online and on-premise. It enables NPOs to interact with their members and broaden their reach to a wider community along with providing community service opportunities.
Mr. Amit Gupta, Head of Digital Innovation-TeBS, briefed the attendees about the CareSenz solution which offers a 360° view of members, management of events and fund-raising activities, volunteers and donation management, smart chat bots and social services intelligence.
The charities were treated to a series of deployment talks and their diverse queries were answered along the way. Post the session, NPO representatives bonded with TeBS’ members over networking lunch. The event served as an interactive platform for NPOs and TeBS alike, to collaborate and discuss the NPO’s needs and proposed solutions.
TeBS has contributed significantly towards community service and charities in the form of Bronze Sponsor for We Tech Care (President’s Challenge), Singapore Heart Foundation (SHF) Fund Raising and CASE Fund Raising and will continue this support in future.
