Bijjala Radhakrishna - Chief Executive Officer

In his 13 years of illustrated career, Mr. Bijjala has accumulated a wealth of Strategy & Planning, Program Management, Change Management, and ERP Implementation experience. He guided companies during mergers to integrate their business processes. He has a unique vision and brings the "Big Picture" view to the team.

Before joining TeBS, Bijjala program managed several projects with Imaging and Printers Group of HP; lead the project management office at Keppel Corporation and helped Cognizant Solutions to find new markets in Middle East region. Bijjala traveled extensively and lead diverse cultural groups in his past assignments.

Mr.Bijjala holds Master of Computer Applications from Regional Engineering College(REC) Tiruchi,INDIA.

Rohan Thomas - Vice President, Operations / Solutions Manager

Rohan joined TeBS as our Solutions Manager and Vice President for Operations to lead our IT division. Rohan is also taking care of our business development and product and solutions sales. He is a technology enthusiast and his passion lies in empowering businesses with technology.

We at Total eBiz Solutions believe that Business should drive IT and not the other way around; and Rohan has helped our customers realize the potential of their business with IT solutions.

Rohan is awarded The Most Valuable Professional by Microsoft® and works closely with Microsoft® technologies, products and frameworks. He has also been involved with community since the very beginning of his career and is currently in the leadership council for International Association of Software Architects (IASA) for the Singapore chapter and works closely with the IASA APAC chapters.

Rohan holds a Bachelors degree in Applied Information Technology, majoring in Enterprise Information Systems from University of New Castle, AUSTRALIA.
